At Amoli, dining is not just about food—it is about feeling at home, being unhurried, and connecting with the rhythm of the day. Every meal is prepared with intention, inspired by local Rajasthani traditions and balanced with light, comforting global flavors. Whether you are sipping chai at sunrise or enjoying a slow-cooked thali at dusk, the experience is heartfelt and nourishing. We do not believe in buffets or rushed dining. Instead, our meals are served with warmth, plated with care, and made fresh to order. Every dish tells a story—of seasonality, simplicity, and soulful nourishment.

Our Dining Spaces

➤ Ground Floor Restaurant
Tucked inside the haveli, this rustic-chic space exudes warmth with traditional accents, local textiles, and soft lighting. It's the perfect setting for a slow lunch or candle-lit dinner after a day of exploration.

➤ Rooftop Lounge
With sweeping views of the Pink City's rooftops and the Aravalli hills beyond, the rooftop is a guest favorite for breakfast under the sky, golden-hour tea, or intimate evening meals during pleasant weather.

➤ Courtyard Corners
If you prefer a quiet, shaded space, we're happy to serve tea or a light snack in one of the haveli's charming inner verandahs.

Sample Menu – Indicative

Breakfast (included with your stay):

  • Masala omelette or scrambled eggs on toast
  • Aloo paratha with curd and pickle
  • Poha or upma (rotating menu)
  • Seasonal fruits, buttered toast, homemade jam
  • Tea/coffee (masala chai, green tea, or French press coffee)
  • Fresh juice (orange, pomegranate, or seasonal)

Lunch / Dinner (served on pre-order):

  • Rajasthani Thali: Dal baati churma, ker sangri, gatte ki sabzi, bajra or missi roti, and seasonal accompaniments
  • Simple Indian Meals: Light options like dal, aloo-gobhi, jeera rice, roti
  • Global Comforts: Pasta in fresh tomato sauce, soups of the day, grilled cheese sandwiches, or sautéed vegetables with buttered toast

Desserts (rotating):

  • Suji halwa with saffron
  • Rice kheer with cardamom
  • Fresh fruit platter or seasonal sweet surprise

Dining Highlights

  • Meals are made fresh to order—nothing pre-cooked or reheated
  • Focus on home-style cooking—light, digestible, and flavorful
  • Use of local and seasonal ingredients, sourced daily
  • Rooftop dining available on request (weather permitting)
  • Special attention to dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free upon request)
  • No outside food allowed to maintain hygiene and meal rhythm

Timings & Information

  • Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM (pre-order by 11 AM)
  • Dinner: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM (pre-order by 5 PM)
  • Snacks & Tea: Available on request (limited menu)

We request guests to pre-order lunch and dinner at least 3 hours in advance, to help our kitchen prepare everything fresh, with love and zero wastage.

Special Notes

  • We do not serve alcohol, but guests are welcome to bring their own.
  • Filtered drinking water is provided free of charge.
  • Rooftop dining is subject to weather and availability—please ask in advance.
  • Group meals or celebrations can be arranged with prior notice.
  • All meals are prepared by our in-house kitchen team—home-style, hygienic, and thoughtfully presented
